Small Stampings

Sequoia can provide you with small laser cut and formed stampings to support your prototype or low-volume needs with your tooling or ours.

 

 

Deep Drawn Stampings

Sequoia has several years of experience in deep drawn stamping development and tryout. We can support you with a few parts or thousands of parts utilizing full prototype processes as production intent, or hybrid hard tool & soft tool processes to fit your budget and timing requirements.\

 

 

Large BIW Stampings

Sequoia can produce large BIW style stampings such as this inner door panel. By using kirksite tooling and laser processing, panels like this can be produced relatively inexpensively and in just a few weeks time.

 

 

Heavy Guage Stampings / Assemblies

Heavy gage stampings and assemblies are no problem for Sequoia with our 1000 ton press capability and robotic welding equipment. Such as this front cross-member that was produced from multiple stampings, laser operations and robotically welded assembly processes.

 

Small Bracket / Assemblies

Small fabricated or stamped brackets and assemblies. Assemblies include tubular components, machined details, castings, forgings, or injection molded sub components.
